Snow Day 1/10/11

Chloe's first snowman. We didn't get to the face, because Chloe still had the flu and started to feel bad. =(

Ella had to get ear tubes and her adenoids removed because of all the ear infections she was having. We had a really good experience with the doctors, nurses and the hospital this go around (Chloe had to go through the same thing right before she turned two). Ella was a really good patient. She was playing and walking around before we left the hospital. (Below) Ella in the "penguin chair" as Chloe calls it at Dr. Carter's office the day before surgery.

Ella snuggled with her baby doll after the surgery. She is more snuggly when she feels bad. She took about a 45 minute nap right when she got back, then she woke up and slowly drank some milk and grape juice and ate some goldfish crackers. Then she was ready to get up and move around!

A Day at the Museum 1/4/11

The new children's museum opened in December, so I knew we had to take the girls when we got the chance. Aunt Lynn was taking Andrew and Conner right after the new year, so we decided to join the fun. The museum was like a huge playground. I think Chloe's favorite part was all the dress up clothes they had and music room with the stage. Ella liked the music room as well. She danced and danced. Thanks Aunt Lynn for informing us about the museum!
